Christmas

Lots of wonderful christmas memories again this year. Eddie the Elf came to stay with us for the month of December. He is our elf from the North pole that stays with and reports back to Santa every night on whether we have been good or bad. On Christmas Eve Eddie goes back to the North Pole until next year.

Back Gate

So I wrote in August about the reason for the locked back gate. Now for the downside of a lock on every door. Getting in! The boys and I were on our way out so I opened the garage and they came out with me. I asked them to get in the car and ran next door to drop off a note. I was gone 1 min. really, no one was even home next door. As I approached the house I saw the garage going down. I went to the front door and rang the door bell numerous times as I yelled you better open the garage( they couldn't just open the front door because there is a chain across the top to keep them in). I couldn't just go through the back gate because there is a pad lock on it. The only way in was for them to let me in or try to climb the fence. Lucky for me they knew better and that garage came right up. Not sure how to remedy this problem for even if I had a key I couldn't have gotten in the front door.

Happy 4th Birthday

We had the boys Birthday at G-force Gymnastics this year. It was a great place for the kids to run around. The theme for the Party was super heros. The party was in the morning so I made breakfast burritos & cupcakes. The kids invited Morgan, Ellie, Max, JT, Brooklyn, Luke, Thea, Maddy, Marcello, JT, & Zachary.

Tree Cutting

We had another great tree cutting trip with the Beasley's. The kids finally hit the age that we could actually hike around for awhile and they enjoyed it. It started to snow on us a little at the end it was a perfect tree cutting day. We also went to Shasta college to get a tree of course :)

Thanksgiving

I'm surprised that you boys waited until after Thanksgiving before joining us. This was the Chico Thanksgiving crew in 2005.

The boys and I made aprons for our wonderful Thanksgiving cooks. This year's festivities were held at Grandma & Grandpa D's.

UC Davis football Game

We went to a UC davis football game with the Harbours, Shoffners, Klugs and Gina's sisters husband Chris and there son. We sat in the grass area where the kids enjoyed rolling down the hill and the adults got to watch the game. Andrew and Daddy caught a ball when they kicked it for a field goal. Daddy got to go to the bookstore after the game and get the kids Jersey's and footballs. After the game we went and spent the night at the Klugs and had a great time.

Valentine Remodel

Mommy and Uncle Marc grew up in a house at 3065 Valentine Lane. Papa and Noni still own this house and now rent it out. It had not been remodeled since the 70's so it was time. Papa spent three months visiting and working hard to make the house look nice. On a few occasions we stopped by and helped. Well we think.

Hawaii

Shuttle to the airport

Checking in

Another wonderful Seamans family vacation in Hawaii. The first time we took the kids they were only 7 months old. This time they were 3.5 and could swim like fish so the trip was much different less time in the room and more time in the water. Really I took to many pictures to post so here are just a few.

water slide that Andrew enjoyed. Nate tried it once but didn't care for it.

The view from our room.

Exploratorium

Since we were staying in SF before our flight out to Hawaii we decided it would be fun to go early and take the kids to the Exploratorium. The kids really enjoyed it and because of our membership at Turtle Bay we were able to get in free.

Airshow

We went to our first Airshow with the Beasley's. Daddy got sick and couldn't make it but he had gotten us front row seats from one of his accounts. It was the hottest days of the summer at 109 but we enjoyed the show. The boys thought the Blue Angles were very loud.
