Spring Soccer- Go Cougars!

We have started our first official sporting event this spring. Soccer. With uniforms and real games at the field of dreams soccer park every Saturday. It is the cutest thing ever. The boys love their uniforms, the first night we got them at practice (yep, we even practice once a week) they had to wear them to bed then take them in the car to school with us to put on after school because I wouldn't let them wear them to school. Did I mention the shirts are WHITE. They have little black shorts that are made for a 7 year old( Nathan tried to wear five pairs of underwear under his shorts to keep them on because that's what we do with his socks to make his shoes fit tighter.) , soccer socks, shin guards and cleats. There team is the Cougars and their team mates are all friends from twins group. Maddy, Marcello, Thea, Luke, Alden, and one little girl we didn't know Clara.

It will be funny later

Today my little angels decided to play cars in the bathroom sink while I was in the shower. When I went to check on them I found the water full in the sink with bubbles but not to much of a mess. so I went back to getting ready and not 5 minutes later they come in to tell me that the bathroom floor is wet. When I went to check the damage I saw a sink full of water that had ran over the edge of the counter, soaked all the TP on the roll and then hit the floor. It took three full bath towels to clean up the "little bit" of water.

But it gets better while I was cleaning up the mess I put them in there room with the door shut. When I heard lots of laughing I thought I better see what they were doing in there room and to my disgust they told me that Nate had peed on Andrew. gross. why? who knows what there little minds think. So into the shower they went. Will we ever get out of the house today? At the time this was no laughing matter but someday it will be.

Palm Desert

We spent another wonderful week in Palm Desert this year with Grandma, Grandpa D and auntie Kim can to visit us for a couple days. The weather was in the 80's the whole week and we had a chance to go to the Living Desert Zoo, Discovery Museum, the pool, golfing, shopping, out to lunch, ride bikes and go to the tennis tournament. Grandma and Grandpa a wonderful birthday dinner with german chocolate cake to finish the evening.

The newest addition to our family has arrived. We are all so excited to have a new baby in the family. I made the announcement above for my brother and Jessica to send out. One of my little hobbies lately.
