Thank goodness for pictures

Well it has been a long time since I have written so I wanted to catch up and all I have to say is thank god I love to take so many pictures otherwise I would have no idea were we have been the last month. So February was a fairly quite month except for our trip to Palm Springs and new carpet. OK maybe it was not that quite and the boys were in the family times of the paper with Morgan in the picture I had posted previously from Turtle Bay watching the fish.

Palm Desert

We had a wonderful vacation get away this week with Grandma and Grandpa D. They spent the month in Palm Desert and invited us to join them for a week. The drive was long but it was nice once we got there. We went to the date festival, The children's museum, swimming, the park, daddy went golfing, mommy went shopping not to mention flying kites and riding down all the Hills in the back yard of the condo we stayed in.

Tricycle

Well today was a nice sunny day so we took you boys outside to ride your bikes and for the first time Nate actually started getting the hang of the peddles. It was hard to get that initial push to go but once you had that you were on the move.



For another first Nate figured out how to open the back sliding door. So mommy was surprised when she came into the room to find Nate outside with Andrew inside with the door locked. hum I guess we might need to get a taller lock for a few of the doors around here now.

Snow glorious snow

We have gotten snow on and off this January but today was the first day that there was enough in the backyard to go actually gear up and go play. Nate the first thing you went for was the freezing water in the sand box once I got that dumped out you boys enjoyed going up and down the hill until your little hands got cold. We tried to keep the gloves on but they were just not a good fit. we built a mini snowman and then came in to watch Sherk adn warm up.
